Who we are

What we collect
When you send us a message, book a call through our calendar or contact us by email, phone or LinkedIn, we collect the details you give us: usually your name, email address, phone number, business name and your message. We do not ask for anything else.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to talk to you about working together. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your details or add you to a mailing list.
If we contacted you on behalf of a client
We book appointments for our clients. If we contacted you as part of a client campaign, we did so on behalf of a named business.
If you work for a business or are a professional, we may have contacted you by LinkedIn message or business email. We use professional contact details such as your name, job title, employer and business email address, taken from your public professional profile and from business data providers. Our legal basis is legitimate interest in contacting businesses and professionals about services relevant to their role. In most cases our client is the data controller and we act as their data processor.
If you made an enquiry through one of our clients' forms, we handle your details on that client's behalf, to follow up your enquiry and arrange your appointment by text, WhatsApp or email as agreed when you submitted your details. The client's privacy notice also applies.
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Reply to the message or email [email protected] and we will add you to a suppression list, so you are not contacted again for that client or any other.
Who else handles it
This website, its forms and our booking calendar run on GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.), which stores enquiries and bookings on our behalf as our data processor. HighLevel is based in the United States. Transfers are protected by the safeguards data protection law requires, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
We keep personal data on secure systems, with access limited to our team and the processors who need it to provide our services.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies it needs to work until you choose otherwise. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and advertising cookies (the Meta pixel and Google Ads, loaded through Google Tag Manager) are only set if you allow them in the cookie banner. You can allow each one separately. Google and Meta process this data under their own privacy policies. We remember your choice for six months. You can change it at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the personal data we hold about you
- correct it
- delete it
- restrict or stop how we use it
- give you a copy in a format you can take elsewhere
- stop using it for marketing or for anything based on our legitimate interests (you can object at any time)
- withdraw your consent, where we rely on it
Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland at dataprotection.ie, or the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK at ico.org.uk.
Other things you should know
We do not make decisions about you by automated means that have legal or similarly significant effects. This website and our services are not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of this page.
