02 How it works

How we book B2B meetings.

You tell us who you want to meet and approve what we say. We do the rest and keep you posted. There's no cold calling: every conversation happens in writing.

  1. 01

    Your ideal customer profile

We agree your ideal customer profile (ICP) with you: role, seniority, company size, sector and location, with existing clients and competitors excluded. You sign it off before anyone is contacted.

  2. 02

    The right list

We build a list of people who match before anyone is contacted. We also watch for signs that a business may be ready to buy, such as new funding, hiring, a change of leadership or interest in the problems you solve.

  3. 03

    Real conversations, in your voice

We reach people on LinkedIn and by email, with ads that follow up if you'd like them, all in messages you've approved. Whichever channel they reply on, we carry on the conversation there.

  4. 04

    Qualified and booked

When someone fits your profile and tells us, in their own words, that what you offer is relevant to them now, we book the meeting. It arrives in your calendar with a note of who they are and what they said.

Your account manager can send you a report every week, if you'd like one. More about how we work

03 Ideal customer profile

Every campaign starts with who you want to meet.

Before we contact anyone, we agree your ICP with you in writing. It decides who goes on your list, what we say to them and whether a meeting counts. Getting it right is the most important part of the work.

A meeting only counts when:

  1. ✓

    They're the right person

They match the profile you signed off.

  2. ✓

    The need is real

They've told us the problem you solve is one they have now.

  3. ✓

    We've checked it

Every booking is checked against your profile before it reaches you.

  4. ✓

    They turn up

If they don't attend, we follow up and rebook them.

If a meeting doesn't meet the criteria we agreed, we replace it.

04 Approval

Nothing goes out in your name until you've said yes.

  1. We write the first drafts from what you tell us.
  2. You read them and approve them before anything is sent.
  3. You can change them at any time.

For regulated advisers, that means your compliance process sees them first.

05 Questions

Frequently asked questions

How do you charge?

A set-up fee, a monthly fee and a fee for each attended appointment. If someone doesn't attend, you don't pay for that appointment. Exact figures depend on your campaign. We'll go through them with you on a short call.

Whose LinkedIn is used?

Yours. People are much more likely to reply to the person they would actually be meeting.

Is my LinkedIn account safe?

We're careful with it. Activity on your account is kept within strict limits that are designed to protect it.

Do you only use LinkedIn?

No. LinkedIn is often where the conversation starts. We also use email and, if you'd like, ads that follow up with the same people. We carry on the conversation on whichever channel the person prefers.

What do I need to do?

Help us write your brief, approve the messages, keep your calendar up to date and take the meetings. We look after everything in between.

How quickly can we start?

Usually within seven days of agreeing your brief.

What if someone doesn't turn up?

Then it doesn't count. We get back in touch, find a time that suits them better and only count it once they've attended.

Where do you work?

We work with businesses in Ireland, the UK and the US.
